Pacific Werribee Project Update November 2024
As part of our commitment to regular, ongoing communication with our community we wish to provide you with an update on key upcoming works.
Northern Car Park Parapet Works
We are pleased to announce that the parapet works in the northern car park are nearing completion. The most disruptive phases of the project have concluded, significantly reducing any inconvenience to our community. The builders are now focusing on finalising the remaining tasks, and we anticipate that all works will be completed by the end of November. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this period.
Retailer Openings and Updates
We are nearing the end of the works occurring in the Myer-end of the centre. We are thrilled to soon welcome back some existing retailers and introduce new ones to the Pacific Werribee family, just in time for the festive season. Here are the key dates to look forward to in November:
- Swarovski: Opened on 8 November.
- JB HIFI and Grill’d: Opened on 15 November.
- Sheike: Scheduled to open on 29 November.
- Myer: Scheduled to open on 29 November.
- Plaza Tavern: Scheduled to open 2 December.
- Village Cinemas: December TBC.
- Timezone: Scheduled to open 7 December.
We are excited about these new additions and look forward to confirming the names and arrival dates of more new and returning retailers opening in December very soon.
Christmas Celebrations
The Christmas season is upon us, and we are delighted to announce that Santa has arrived at Pacific Werribee! His arrival marks the beginning of a series of festive activities and events designed to bring joy to our community.
Santa Photography
Pacific Werribee will be offering a variety of Santa photo experiences to make every customers visit memorable, including Sensitive Santa sessions, Baby’s First Christmas, Pet Photography, and Auslan Santa for our hearing-impaired guests.
Spend to Win 25 Nov – 24 Dec
Customers that spend $150 or more centre-wide in the lead up to Christmas will have the chance to win a $50 gift card, with over $26,000 worth of gift cards up for grabs.
Santa’s Dinner
Families will be invited to join Santa Claus for an exclusive dinner featuring live Christmas entertainment.
Digital gift guide
Retailers will be supported via a comprehensive digital gift guide that will be categorised For Her/Him/Kids/Teens/Pets.
Community support
Community Entertainment
The centre will invite local carollers, dance and community groups to spread the Christmas cheer in-centre. The centre will also sponsor the local Wyndham carols by candlelight, a local event that attracts over 5,000 attendees.
Werribee Mercy Hospital
Pacific Werribee will support its youngest members of the community with a special visit from Santa to Werribee Mercy Hospital.
Gift wrap
Customers will be able to have their gifts wrapped for a gold coin donation, with all money donated to The Wyndham Salvation Army.
Black Friday and reopening celebrations 29 November 1 December and 7 – 8 December
Black Friday at Pacific Werribee is set to be bigger and better than ever with hundreds of exclusive offers, live entertainment, a FOX FM Black Thunder live cross and exciting giveaways across two big weekends. Plus, customers will have the chance to win in a share of over $85,000 worth of retailer prizes.
The centres reopening will also be advertised extensively across a range of media channels including Large-Format Digital and Train Station Billboards, Catch-Up TV and Cinema; Radio and Podcasts; Youtube, Google Search, Display and Paid Social Media.
