Pacific Werribee Project Update May

As part of our commitment to regular, ongoing communication with our retail partners we wish to provide you with an update on key upcoming works.

 

Works Update 

Various retailers in the Urban Diner precinct have recently commenced tenancy fit out works. Earlier this week Australia Post opened in a new tenancy next to Pancake Parlour, and early this month we will welcome Kinn Thai and Lennys Ice Creamery. 

In other pleasing news, the works currently underway in the level 1 car park above Myer are expected to conclude in early May. 

Works within tenancies continue as planned in the area of the centre near Myer. We remain focused on minimising the noise and vibration that might occur and have in place a number of mitigation measures to do so. Please contact Centre Management if you’d like to know more.
